QUICK FACTS
1.What is your MOQ ? Can I purchase only 1 piece of each item?
Our standard MOQ is 30-50piece for custom design. Many of our customers follow the same practice. However, for your initial order, we can make a special arrangement for you to sample 1 piece. This allows you to test our product quality and experience our order process.
2.Do you have test certificates for the jewelry you produce?
Yes, we have a REACH test report (ensuring low Lead, low Cadmium, and low Nickel Release) from SGS that we can provide. It’s important to note that while we strive to ensure the majority of our 120,000 SKU items meet these REACH standards, we cannot guarantee 100%. However, since 2004, none of our customers have reported any safety concerns. Please rest assured.
3. Are you able to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) form?
Yes, most definitely.
4.Can you help pack the jewelry with my own logo packages?
No problem. For simple packing, no extra labor fee is required. However, for more intricate packaging, a slight additional labor fee may apply. This arrangement has been successful for some of our brand customers.
5.What can you do if I receive damaged goods?
If you discover any damaged goods upon receiving your order, please send pictures of the damaged items along with the model numbers and quantities to us. Our Quality Inspection Team will review the images, and we will compensate you by providing the damaged goods in your next order or refunding you the money. Either option is acceptable for us.
6.Do you have any toxic metals or chemicals in your jewelry?
All jewelry supplied by NINI is hypoallergenic, and free from nickel, lead and cadmium. Testing services to comply with your country’s legal regulation is available as well upon request, with an additional charge. However, past test reports can be provided free of charge.
7.Do I need to pay tax with every order?
It depends. Typically, you do not need to pay tax with every order. Taxes may be incurred only if the package is inspected by customs or if the shipping invoice value is high, subject to your country’s customs rules.
8.What are your tips for jewelry care in order to make plating last longer?
As with all metals, special care must be taken to ensure they do not scratch or tarnish. Below is a general guideline:
1. Store jewelry in a clean, dry place away from natural sunlight, humidity (bathroom), and heat.
2. Each piece should be stored individually to avoid scratching, in an air-tight zip lock if possible to avoid air contact.
3. Remove jewelry before showering, going to bed, or participating in physical activity especially swimming. Remove rings before washing your hands every time.
4. Avoid exposure to sweat and harsh chemicals such as perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, and saltwater.
5. Use a silver-polishing cloth to clean the pieces if the jewelry has become dull. Do apply pressure but not too much as this can remove the plating coat.
Oxidation appears with time as this is just the metal reacting to the oxygen in the air. Thus, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect.
9.When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, we require 25-30 working days to produce.
10.What shipping methods do you use?
Most of our customers choose FedEx, UPS, DHL…etc., depending on their shipping account and ease of customs clearance at their location.
